Well here I go on another attempt to lose weight. I chose this plan because it is truck friendly, I can do this in the truck and have no excuses. I'm nervous, I am a serial diet failure but feel confident that I can do this. I am 42 and really need to do this. I will add my "before" pics in a few to make it official. Need my bikeshorts and tank top to look completely ridiculous, lol. Alrighty then, let's do this..
